What Is Custom Cut & Sew?

Instead of decorating someone else's blank, you're building your own garment from the ground up. Pick from our large in-house fabric selection — or bring your own — then choose the fit, the colorway, and the construction details. We handle the pattern-making, sampling, and full production run in our Los Angeles facility.

Sample cost: $200–$250, which covers your production-ready sample and everything needed to go into manufacturing.

Per-piece pricing: If your design is based on an existing OTL style, the per-unit cost is usually only $1–$3 different from the catalog price. Fully custom designs are quoted based on fabric, construction, and quantity.
