Los Angeles-Made Blanks for Merch Companies and Print Shops

When you print for other people, the blank is the part you cannot afford to have go wrong. A color that disappears halfway through a client's season, or a fit that changes between orders, becomes your problem with your client. Buying from the factory that makes the blank changes that.

The factory is the supplier

We cut and sew our blanks in downtown Los Angeles and have done since 2013. There is no middle warehouse between you and the people making the garment, so the answer to "can you make more?" comes from the cutting room, not a stock list.

Re-runs instead of "discontinued"

In-stock styles ship in 2–3 business days. When a color sells out, we run it again: 100 pieces per color, ready in about 3 weeks. For a merch company with repeat clients, that means the tee you quoted last spring is still available this spring, in the same color and the same fit.

Blanks ready for your decoration

Tearaway tags come off clean, so the finished piece carries your client's branding, not ours. Our crewnecks, hoodies, baby tees and tanks are the styles decorators order most.

If you would rather hand off the whole job, we screen print, DTG print, DTF print and apply vinyl in the same building. The printing minimum is 100 pieces per design, spread across any of our in-stock styles as long as the design is the same, so one logo on tees, tanks and hoodies counts together. Send the artwork and we will quote it.

Your client's color

When a client wants a color we do not stock, we can make one of our existing styles in it from 100 pieces per color, per style, in about 2–3 weeks. For a fully custom garment, see custom cut and sew.
