 Q. How long will my order take to ship?

A. If placed before 12pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If placed after 12pm, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Q. How will I know when my order is ready to pickup?

A. Orders will be ready to pickup about 3 hours after it is placed. You will receive and email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Q. Is there a minimum order quantity?

A. Although we suggest a 12 piece minimum, no minimum is required.

Q. Are your tags tearaway?

A. Yes! We've recently switched to tearaway tags, though you might still receive some items with traditional labels or size tabs during the transition.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer free shipping, however, if anything changes we will make sure to let you know.

Q. What if I want to order quantities larger than what is shown on your inventory?

A. You can place a preorder! Preorders typically take about 1–2 weeks to fulfill.

Q. Can I change the color of the drawstrings on the hoodies or bottoms?

A. Yes, please leave a note under your order if you you would like us to change the color of the drawstring to black or white.
