Returns & Exchanges


Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Online Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must include your name, order number, the item(s) you are exchanging, and the size/color that you would like to change it for.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:

  • Pre-ordered items: Preorders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These products are specifically made to order, and manufactured based on your pre-order request. As such, we cannot accept returns for these products. 
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error

Damaged Items

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at within 2 days of receiving your items.
