OTL Apparel is a Los Angeles wholesale apparel manufacturer serving streetwear, activewear, and athleisure brands.

We do two things:

1. Wholesale Blanks

Elevated essentials — tees, hoodies, tanks, leggings, shorts, sweats — made in LA with consistent sizing and tearaway tags ready for your label. No minimum order required, though we suggest 12 pieces per style. Orders placed before noon ship the same day.

2. Custom Cut-and-Sew

Full private label production from development to delivery. Low minimums. 2–4 week turnaround on preorders. In-house printing and finishing so everything stays under one roof.

We work with brands at every stage — whether you're ordering your first run of 24 blanks or producing 5,000 custom pieces. Everything is made in our LA facility, which means we control quality from fabric to finished garment.
