How to Buy Wholesale Blank Apparel in Bulk from a Los Angeles Factory

OTL Apparel has been cutting and sewing blank apparel in downtown Los Angeles since 2013. Most of what we make goes out in volume: distributors restocking the same styles every season, merch companies filling a large run, and print shops that need the same blank in the same color every time they re-order. This is how a bulk order works with us.

1. Open a free wholesale account

Wholesale pricing shows once you are signed in to a free wholesale account.

2. Pick from styles we already make

Our blanks are grouped by what bulk buyers ask for most:

Wholesale tank tops: racerbacks, stringers, muscle and cropped tanks
Wholesale crewneck sweatshirts in heavyweight and midweight fleece
Wholesale hoodies, including cropped and sleeveless
Wholesale baby tees: short sleeve, long sleeve and raglan
Crop tops, tube tops and halters
Activewear blanks: leggings, biker shorts, sports bras and athletic tops

3. In stock ships fast; sold-out colors are re-run

In-stock styles ship in 2–3 business days. If a style or color you need is out of stock, we cut and sew it again for you as a pre-order: 100 pieces per color, ready in about 3 weeks. Sizes can be split within that color.

Because we make everything ourselves, a color that sells out is not gone for good. That matters if you are building a catalog your own customers re-order from.

4. Tearaway tags, so the label is yours

Our blanks come with tearaway tags. Tear ours off and your own branding goes in clean, which is why decorators and private brands use our blanks as the base for their own lines.

5. Printing in the same building

We screen print, DTG print, DTF print and apply vinyl in-house. The printing minimum is 100 pieces per design, and those 100 pieces can be spread across different in-stock styles as long as the design is the same: tees, tanks and hoodies with one logo, for example. Send us the design and we will quote it.

6. Need something slightly different?

If a style is close but not quite right, we can change the color, fabric or length on one of our existing styles from 100 pieces per color, per style. For a garment we do not make yet, see custom cut and sew.
